Abstract
Asperegillus tarimensis and Aspergillus tianshanensis isolated from ear secretions of human in a Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China are described and photographs of microscope and scanning electron microscope. A. tarimensis is characterized by subglobose to broadly ellipsoidal conidia with slight longitudinal orientation of discontinuous color bars and ridges wall. A. tianshanensis is characterized by subglobose to broadly ellipsoidal conidia with low color bars and ridges definitely arranged in a longitudinal pattern wall. The validation of those new species is supported further by analyses of the β-tubulin, calmodulin and RPB2 gene sequences.
