Pathogenicity tests in Petri dishes conducted on ginger rhizomes and pot trials on ginger plants showed that Pythiogeton (Py.) ramosum, an uncommon studied Oomycetes in Pythiaceae, was pathogenic to ginger at high temperature (30-35?
