Abstract
Dothiorella is botryosphaeriaceaeous genera found on different woody hosts, and the Spencermartinsia was a special classification unit that bear two-celled conidia that become brown and 1-septate prior to dehiscence from conidiogenous cells. Based on morphological characters and phylogeny of DNA sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region and part of the translation elongation factor (TEF) 1-α gene, a new species, namely D. juglandis is described from Juglandis regia in China. In addition, about D. juglandis, we found the sexual ascospore on the host. Besides, Dothiorella rosae,as another novel species in China, we also described in this study.
