Two represent new species (P. hirtellus, P. thomensis) and the other four represent new distribution records. Comprehensive descriptions, line drawings, color photographs, comparisons with allied taxa, a dichotomous key to aid identification, and a phylogenetic analysis of pertinent Pluteus species based on ITS rDNA sequences are provided.}
