Abstract
Exidia glandulosa is a cosmopolitan species and it was previously considered as a single species reported in China. 17 specimens of so-called E. glandulosa were analyzed based on morphological and molecular data. The phylogenetic analyses were carried out by the ITS+28S dataset and the ITS+28S+tef1-a+rpb2 dataset, and 20 ITS, 20 28S, 22 tef1-a and 20 rpb2 sequences were newly generated. According to morphological and molecular anslyses, the so-called E. glandulosa are actually three species in China, including the real E. glandulosa and two new species, E. effusa and E. subglandulosa. Detailed descriptions with macro- and micromorphological photos are provided for these two new species, and their morphological distinguishes and phylogenetic relationships with similar species are discussed.
